THE BACHELOR FRANCHISE

ABC came to us looking to refresh and invigorate their socials for their fanbase, and we couldn’t wait to start creating fun and engaging content based around the season’s storylines. Every week, we brainstormed new concepts that leaned into each new episode’s twists and turns, producing interactive and gamified content that the fans went crazy for. Our creatives drove tune-in week over week and constantly left audiences thirsty for more, averaging hundreds of thousands of views per post, and helping ABC win the summer ratings on the back of huge ratings brought by The Bachelorette. By gamifying the storylines into actual games including original 8-bit music (some even interactive using IG stories functionality), we earned fans’ likes and created a true second-screen experience on their social platforms, that extended into future seasons of the Bachelor, Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise seasons. Shannon Ryan, ABC’s President of Marketing at the time, said to Variety “Over the summer, we produced a ton of fun content to engage these fans during air, as well as between each episode to drive them back week after week.” This helped lift ABC to No. 1 in summer for first time in 24 years.
