Being their agency at launch, our creative team in partnership with their in-house creatives, built Peacock’s entire social look and feel from ground up. The team created roughly 3,000 pieces of social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter over the first 6 months to fast track brand affinity and recognition, garnering 27.2 million engagements and 2.2 billion impressions across brand channels in those first months of launch. Following launch initiatives, we pivoted into helping debut their 20 new originals (and eventually original films), creating microcampaigns for each and every title. We then helped create a social home to eventize things like the Beijing Winter Olympics, while being able to use classic properties like The Office and Real Housewives that live on the streamer to further affinity and promote similar titles on the streamer. This was a truly immersive project, requiring a full additional team to be hired and brought on to handle the AOR account, integrating fully with their in-house team for everything from social trailers to countdown and promo graphics, to clips, gifs and even AR filters, and often under extraordinarily tight deadline to capitalize on trends and reactive social chatter.
